WHAT IS THIS?

This is a shipped product, with shipping price included for convenience. This is not for pick up. This is a set of 12 gallons of Harders ready-to-use syrups mainly for shave ice, but are often used for mixed drinks, Italian sodas, desserts, and baking. Our syrups are not concentrates and are meant to be poured straight on top of shave ice. All of our syrups are made in Hawaii, made with cane sugar and many using real fruit. 

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We ship to all 50 states in the U.S.A. This promo only applies to the 12 gallon pack. Other items in your cart will be charged for shipping. 

ORDERING

Not for pick up at factory. Shipping to Hawaii and U.S. Mainland is available, excluding PO Boxes for 12 pack gallons. Only listed flavors can be ordered; unclear selections will delay processing.  Samples are available for purchase for uncertain choices. No returns or exchanges. Ordering gallons individually may be cheaper depending on the flavors you choose and your shipping location.

SHIPPING RISK AND CLAIMS POLICY

At Island Maid Inc., we take great care in packing and protecting every order. However, due to the weight and fragility of our gallon-size syrups, there are inherent risks when shipping from Hawaii to the mainland or neighbor islands.

Please note the following:

• Shipping at Your Own Risk: FedEx and UPS shipments of gallon-size syrups are sent at the customer’s risk. While the breakage rate is low (approximately 1 in 200), it is still possible—especially when large orders are split into multiple packages.

• Claims and Reimbursement: In the event of damage, Island Maid Inc. / Harders Hawaii will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. If the claim is approved, appropriate reimbursement will follow. If the claim is denied, we are unable to reship the damaged items. Instead, we will offer:

  • A store credit equal to the value of the damaged or lost syrup, or

  • A partial refund, less a 4% processing fee.

• Shipping Charges: Any shipping costs related to the original order are non-refundable and will not be credited.

Ocean Freight Option:
To minimize the risk of damage, ocean freight shipping is recommended. Delivery typically takes 5–7 weeks and incurs additional charges. Please contact Island Maid Inc. directly for more information on ocean freight arrangements.

SHELF LIFE
Harders syrups last 1 year from production; expiration dates are on bottles. Refrigeration is not needed even after opening. Sugar-Free syrups need to be kept refrigerated unopened or opened and last 60 days in the fridge. Sugar-Free syrups will last unrefrigerated during transit. Consider shelf life when ordering.

LEAD TIME
Orders usually take 3 business days to build, longer for over 24 gallons. Orders are picked up by shipping carriers from our warehouse on Fridays.
